In Notes 8.5.2 and later, it’s easy for you to add web conference information to a meeting, and easy for meeting members to open the online meeting.

If you have an online meeting room, such as SmartCloud or Sametime meetings, you can save your information in Notes, and easily use include that meeting information when you schedule meetings.
When you’re sending a meeting invitation, you can save your online meeting information in Notes, using the Online Meeting link.
Make sure you have the online meeting URL and the passcode ready.
Click New -> Meeting.
Click the Online Meeting link.
Add a new online meeting.
Select the type of online meeting, and add in your information.
Ask your company which meeting service you use, or if there are any policies about using different services for different types of meetings, such as internal or external.
If you have multiple online meeting rooms, you can add them all here.
Click New, select Sametime Meetings, paste url and passcode
Add a second online meeting room.
When you schedule a meeting, add a web conference using the same Online Meeting link, and select the appropriate meeting room from your list of saved meetings.
Click New -> Meeting.
Type "Status Meeting" as meeting subject.
Click Online Meeting, select "Samantha’s meeting room," and click OK.
Adding online meeting information in this way saves time for you and your coworkers. Invitees can just click a link for fast and easy access to the online meeting.

Click Join online meeting link, and online meeting opens.
