Re: Known limitations with Apple Devices and Lotus Notes Traveler

Why are following limitations not listed in above list of know limitations for Apple user?

Actually there is no possibility to set an "Importance" Flag or ask for a "Read receipt" within a new/reply/forward email? Does someone know a solution or workaround to this? Is this a known limitation in Lotus Notes Traveler and is such already addresses by IBM/Lotus Notes for a future update of the same?

The PDF problem (9598038) seems to be a known problem at other parts of IBM. We had some very annoying occurances (for example mixing PDFs from separate users - a "small" security problem), that were solved after upgrading to a newer Traveler version (APAR LO72632 Server Attachment may have random extra data).

Re: Known limitations with Apple Devices and Lotus Notes Traveler

We experienced something very similar to the first commenter Scott Javoroski: a user who had accepted an invitation (he was NOT the chair) later opened the calendar entry on their iPhone, clicked an Edit button and clicked to delete the entry. This caused cancellation notices to be sent to everyone. In other words, it behaved like he was the chair.

One of our customers, who was not the chair of the invitation, declined an invitation from her iPhone. All of the recipients of the meeting invite got a cancellation email, but the meeting is still on all of their calendars.

About the bug 10463718 the behavior in my case is different. With iPhone 6.1 OS when I search email with the filter "All" I have no results from the server.

9598038 - PDF files show up blank or gray.

A work-around we've used with some success is to set "Mail days to sync" to something other than "No limit". Only tested in iOS 6.
