If you are a meeting chair rescheduling a meeting (Owner Actions > Reschedule), or a meeting invitee proposing a new time for a meeting (Participant Actions > Propose New Time), you can click the Check schedules button to see when other people are available.

Once you've click Check Schedules, you can do the following things:

Key:
Dark red means a person, group, or room is busy.
Light red means they are "unavailable," which may mean they have a meeting or appointment, or it can mean they could reschedule
Gray means information is not available.

1: Drag the meeting bar to a time when everyone is free (the bar will turn green).
2: If someone does not share their schedule details, or if it is less important that they make it to the meeting, you can disregard them when looking for a time. Deselect the check box next to their name or the group name.
3: To have Notes suggest a time for the meeting, click Look for best times. You can pick the range of dates to look within.
