You can find out when an email, calendar entry, or other Notes document was created, modified, or accessed, and more.
- Select the document.
- Click File > Properties (or click Alt+Enter).
- Click the Document Info tab to view the following information:
|Field||Information the field provides|
|Created||When the document was first created.|
|Modified||When the document was initially modified and saved.|
|Added||When the document was first saved or replicated to the application.|
|Modified||When the document was last modified and saved in the application.|
|Modified by||The ID of the user or server that last modified and saved the document.|
|Accessed||When the document was last accessed in the application.|
|Size ||The size of the document in bytes.|
