Re: How to modify the look and feel of the DominoBlog Homepage

Oops once more, hopefully you see the div-tag this time

From the Page Template HomePage I extract that the content of the blog is wrapped in a div with id=”entries”

//

<$DXContent$>

//]]>

Each entry itself is wrapped in a div-tag with class "entry" (no individual id-tags)

So if you do not want to show the entries on the firstpage, I suggest you comment out the div with id=”entries”, and if this works, you can remove the whole div

Let me know if this works.

Allo Martin, Sorry I did not identify your comments earlier. Unfortunately the ND-wiki does not give any no notification to the author when comments are written….

Re: How to modify the look and feel of the DominoBlog Homepage

As I see you not answer me, I'll put a link to a database of many examples we have in the ESLUG to free download.

In this database (using the template dominoblog.ntf) all the code is on the home page but the posts are only displayed when you click on "Blog".

Note:

This database is under construction but soon will be free download at our factory (ESLUG Factory).

Re: How to modify the look and feel of the DominoBlog Homepage

Hi Michiel.

I'm trying to not show the home page posts (Configuration Document field "Number of Items to Show").

I want the posts to be displayed by clicking on a button, link, etc.

Any suggestions ???

Thanks in advance.

Re: How to modify the look and feel of the DominoBlog Homepage

Hi Michiel, I would like to ask you a question:

I do not want the posts to be displayed on the home page.

I want that the Home Page displays the Header, the LefSideBar, the RightSidebar but not the posts.

I want the post are displayed clicking on a button, link,etc.

Thanks in advance
