In an email, calendar entry, or other Notes document, you can create a link that links to a specific design element in a Notes application.
- Select the text to act as a link.
- Click Create > Hotspot > Link Hotspot.
- For Type, select Named Element from the list, and then select the type of element (for example, view or folder).
- Click the folder button.
- In the "Locate Object" dialog box, select the kind of object you're linking to, select the application, and then select the object.
- Click OK.
