still getting Error 404 even when trying Werner's suggestion. Can anyone fix these links so they work? I tried a search for LO30553 at IBM.com and it returns nothing.

You have to delete everything *before* the https://... in your browser's address bar.

The APAR links on this page beginning from Traveler 8.5.2.4 and older are non-functional. They result in an:

Error 400
