Explanation:

Defines the Notes application (database) that the Notes client opens upon startup, using the file name (database_file_namensf) of the database.

Examples: StartupDBName=renovations_discussion.nsf

UI equivalent:

None, although you can specify this setting in the NOTES.INI Settings tab of the Configuration Settings document in the Domino Directory.
