Very nicely done, but I must agree that a PDF is great for packaging resources together and reading offline. Ah... Maybe a RedBook in the works eh?

I also prefer a pdf-file for printout and old school "offline" reading ;-)

What happened with the good old "download-as-a-pdf" from the notes.net era? I hate reading on screens. I must exercise my printers....
