Problems connecting to Lotus Notes Traveler server after upgrade of Apple device to iOS 4.x

Some customers have experienced problems syncing with Lotus Notes Traveler after upgrading their Apple device to iOS 4.x (like 4.1, 4.2, 4.3). In most of these cases the problem can be fixed by resetting the password for the Lotus Notes Traveler account on the device. See steps below. This is not specific to Lotus Notes Traveler. Many Apple users have reported that various passwords are lost when upgrading to iOS 4.x.

Reset Password Steps

  • Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars

  • Select the correct mail account

  • Select Account

  • Enter the correct password and select Done.
