This fails with .doc, docx, xls and xlsx files

When I try this it works fine for PDF, Jpg, and POTX files . However, doc, docx xls and xls give me an error of file does not exist.

the string I am passing via a bat file is

"C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\Lotus\Notes\notes.exe" "Mailto:?Attach=\\wwwroot\apps\technical_library\public\images\18\Presentation_template.potx?Attach=\\wwwroot\apps\technical_library\public\images\31\FAX.doc?Attach=\\wwwroot\apps\technical_library\public\images\32\FAX.docx"

If I try to send a bunch of images and pdfs, it creates the email with no problem.

Re: Various ways to launch Notes client

"./Notes -RPARAMS -console" did not work for me on a mac. I used this routine instead...

To launch notes with the RPARAMS flag open a Terminal window and enter the following commands in turn...

1. Enable root login...

sudo -s

2. When prompted, enter your password and press enter

3. Change to the root directory...

cd /

4. Confirm current directory (print working directory)...

pwd

5. Launch notes with arguments (speech marks are required because there is a space in one of the folder names)...

open "/Applications/IBM Notes.app/Contents/MacOS/Notes" --args -RPARAMS -clean
