Explanation:

Defines the path & filename used for the cache.

SPR# MJS4JYK9R - Provided a fix to prevent a crash when compacting the workspace if the cache has been redirected by setting CACHE=... in the notes.ini file. The defined name in the notes.ini is now used for the cache.
