Level 5 - domain experts, can teach / mentor
  • certification: IBM Certified Instructor program - Lotus Software
  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise environments or in consulting

Level 4 - highly skilled, independent successful complex implementations demonstrated
  • certification: IBM Advanced Certified System Administrator - Lotus Notes and Domino 8 and/or
  • certification: IBM Advanced Certified System Administrator - Lotus Notes and Domino 7
  • coursework: suggestions
  • D8900 IBM Lotus Domino 8 System Administration Bootcamp or
  • D8725 Exploring New Features in IBM Lotus Domino 8 Administration
