The Web Administrator is a browser based client that provides most of the features available via the Domino Administration Client.
A check is performed against the browser being used to access the Web Administrator. Unsupported browsers are deigned access. Override the browser check with this URL argument: http://server/webadmin.nsf?Open&NoBrowserCheck
If for some reason you want to prevent the creation of the Web Administrator database (webadmin.nsf), set Set DominoNoWebAdmin=1 in NOTES.INI.
