There ia another new NOTES.INI settings that allow administrators to
troubleshoot HTTP connections using SSL.
This allows you to follow the handshake details on the console and in
to better pinpoint errors.
Settings for troubleshooting, you may want to set this notes.ini parameter
default to the value 1 as it will only report errornous situations, and usually
this is neat and handy when searching for errors.
