Explanation:

If you want to use multiple mail.box(s) and still use mail.box. In order to force the router to use mail.box, mail2.box, mail3.box, etc, add the following notes.ini parameter: Mail_Enable_Mailbox_Compatibility=1

When this is set it will keep Mail.box and create mail2.box, mail3.box, etc.

None, although you can specify this setting in the NOTES.INI Settings tab of the Configuration Settings document in the Domino Directory.
