You can control what Lotus-supplied features the user sees, and can install,  in the Notes feature installation panel by modifying the supplied install manifest (install.xml) in your Notes install kit. Using an XML editor you can modify each feature's "installfeature" section of the manifest using a combination of the "default", "required", and "show" preferences. You can also mask Lotus-supplied features from a silent install in a similar way.

See these topics in the Domino Administrator Help information center:

Customizing the Notes install manifest for supplied Eclipse features

Customizing the Notes install manifest for new features or third-party Eclipse features

Automating Notes silent install

Reducing the Notes install kit size
