The right to blog does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously.

Inevitably, when you set up any kind of feedback mechanism, you are bound to receive feedback which either doesn't apply to you or is delivered to the wrong group. In other words, we are a Web team. If you address your feedback "Dear Tech support team," we laugh (a lot), finish reading the feedback, and then we tell you that you need to ask your question in one of our forums or to search the Lotus support knowledgebase. (Rest assured, we do not laugh at any of your questions. We're usually too confused.)

Not only can we not answer support questions, but we're at a complete loss when it comes to product suggestions. However, this November, IBM business partner Elguji software wants to hear your Lotus product suggestions during their Idea Jam!

Beginning November 20, Idea Jam is an online event open to the Lotus community to generate ideas for improving Lotus software. Share your product suggestions and feedback about Lotus Notes/Domino, Lotus Connections, Lotus Sametime, and more by posting an idea. The community can promote or demote ideas as well as comment on ideas. Have an enhancement for Notes mail? Want to see a new collaboration feature added to Lotus Quickr? Then post your idea on Idea Jam.

For more information, see the Idea Jam Web site at http://ideajam.net, and visit Elguji software Web site at http://www.elguji.com/.
