developerWorks Lotus team blog

developerWorks
The right to blog does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously.

I'm happy to welcome our seventh Domino-based blog here on developerWorks Lotus: Notes from Lotus Support.

This new blog comes to you from the Lotus Support team -- the folks who pick up the phone and take your support calls and the team that produces all the support content (a.k.a "technotes") found on the Lotus Support Web site. They will take the less formal, more friendly blogger approach to highlighting information about Lotus and WebSphere Portal products.

I'm not sure if they will cover this in the blog, but the blog title is a play on an old Iris Today article series called Notes from Support. The article series used to go in-depth on topics uncovered during support research, and the new blog promises material along those same lines.
