Hi, I am running Domino 6 on an AIX box and my aim is to connect to Oracle 9.2 DB using LC LSX. I am quite new to this and would just like some confirmation that I am going about it the right way...
1. Install Oracle 9i client on Domino Server.
2. In the code, use the Oracle connection string of "Oracle8" - which uses the noracle8.dcx connector to connect to the Oracle 9 server.
Is this ok and do I need to consider anything else when trying to connect. I would appreciate any feedback.
