Hello. If somebdoy has a minute, i am inserting several blank fields into an oracle table. When I look at the field properties in lotus notes, i see "" as the value and length = 0. However, after the insert is done, if I check the length in oracle, it says the length=1 and i see no value. Is there something i have to do to make the value a true null i(and length=0) in oracle?...i think that length of 1 is causing some kinda 'non-numeric' error in the oracle application. Thank you very much for your help.
