I have a Web application running on Domino 6.5 with LEI Virtual Field activity running, and Virtual Attachment is selected. When uploading a file from the browser (IE6), there are duplicated records created in the Attachment table while the main table works properly. we got the following error in the LEI log:
Monitor failure -- Error: Unable to allocate memory

Monitor failure -- Error: Unable to write attachment to external system - it will remain in the Domino database
Does anyone have similar problem like this? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
