Have you tried setting SAPReadCodePage to LCSTREAMFMT_UTF8?
Ideally this (SAPReadCodePage) setting should be same as code page set for SAP server. Since UTF8 is superset of all the code pages, setting LCSTREAMFMT_UTF8, should help in this case.
