Background: Virtual Fields connection to connect to an AIX 5.3X server database ODBC Connection Trigger is Open event. Problem: Activity works for 1 hour then returns the error : "Error: [Informix][Informix ODBC Driver][Informix]System error occurred in network function. , Connector 'odbc2', Method -Select- (-25580)" on every try after. This will error until activity is stopped and restarted. We have ensured that keep alive (k=1) is on both windows server(LEI BOX) and AIX server My suspicion: is that the activity is not accessed for 1 hour and the connection on the AIX side is dropped and the LEI side does not know it. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance
