We Deleted Test.nsf

We Deleted Test.nsf not knowing that it was needed. Now we get the following:

Error opening Directory Assistance Database test.nsf: File does not exit

If I can't restore it from a backup, Can I recreate it and How?

LEI won't stay up without it.
