On a regular, daily, basis now I am getting this error:

In my databases I have purged the views, and also turned on the "Output SQL statements to log" option in the LEI connection.
I am not a SQL person, and have to ask pointed, specific questions to my SQL admin, or it gets thrown back at me that it is a LEI issue.
Can anyone point me in the right direction with this error?
Also, in the last 4-5 weeks, LEI is taking a lot longer to complete. Activities that had been taking 19 -20 minutes are now taking over an hour.
