How long does it take to just launch Expeditor Application Manager on your device? Can you give more detail about your application?
Note: In Expeditor Client for Devices 6.2, we now ask you if you would like to start Expeditor when the device starts and create a shortcut in the Startup folder for you. This effectively preloads the stack during the WM startup which makes application loading much quicker. It sounds like from your other post about hworkbench.exe that you are wanting to do something similar in 6.1.1.
