I have a actionset which can add a top level menu to lotus (at the level of file, Tools, View, and Help) but so far no luck adding an item using the plugin.xml actionset to place the item off of a menu (say tools).
I know the menu ids tend to be lowercase.. so it would be "tools" but still isn't finding it. Can someone show me an example? thanks
