I can see that it allows you to identify and get a file in any plugin, and I wonder whether it is a format that is special for Xpd, or an eclipse one?
Are there any classes/methods provided for the purpose of getting the referenced file? Or, if we have to do it ourselves, a clue as to the kind of code needed to get a file in another workspace.
