Or so it appears. I discovered this when searching for something on IThemeService. But, I have also had the same problem with a few other classes/interfaces since.
I searched for IThemeService in Google, and it gave me the following link to the InfoCenter:
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ledoc/v6r11/topic/com.ibm.personality.framework.javadoc/com/ibm/rcp/jface/themes/IThemeService.html
When clicked, the IC can't find it and gives the message: "
The topic that you have requested is not available. The link may be wrong, ..."
When I tried the link to Google's cache, I got lucky, and found what I was looking for at:
http://66.102.9.104/search?q=cache:oz3W7iRsQF0J:publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ledoc/v6r11/topic/com.ibm.personality.framework.javadoc/com/ibm/rcp/jface/themes/IThemeService.html+IThemeService&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=1&gl=uk
This says that the information was cached on 22 Jan 2008.
The way I interpret this is that at some point since Jan 22, this entry has been removed from the InfoCenter. Is that what has happened? If it is, could we have all the missing javadoc restored? In this case, it is the only place that this interface is documented, so it is particularly important.
