Here's a couple of nice little features built-in to Notes 8 for navigating your window tabs.
Ctrl+F8 pops up a list of all open Window tabs. Then use the arrow key to navigate to them. Good for accessibility.
Ctrl+Shift+T will pop up the Show Thumbnails window. Then you can type in the name of a window to filter the list shown.
Of course, there's always the popular Alt+W to get to the Window menu, but that's no fun!
