In IBM Docs, when we try to "edit" a spreadsheet in IBM Files, we sometimes get this error:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, you@your.address and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Sometimes if we retry it works.
I selected "all releases" above because I don't know what version of "Files" we are using; I cannot find the version on the web page. Ditto with selecting "All platforms". We appear to have version 1.0 of IBM Docs.
