I asked IBM why they rename the link to a wiki page when the title of this page is modified (spelling error for example) because this leads to broken URL. They answered me :
"The feature when friendly URL to a page follows its name is the intentional design that would allow for example to replace an existing page with a new one, or to swap it with another one preserving the friendly link to the page if it was previously shared.
We cannot change it for a single customer and deliver it to other, as this is how the Connections product is designed and we cannot degrade other customers User Interface experience."
I wanted to know if someone really use this swap method or if, like my users, when you want to change the content of a page, you just edit it and modify.
