Error when saving activity

At a customer site when saving an activity, an error occors:
feed.url: activities/service/html/post/activitynode
name: error
description: Unable to load activities/service/html/post/activitynode status: 12031
Message: Unable to load activities/service/html/post/activitynode status: 12031
When retrying the save, it does not generate the error again and the activity saves.
The installation is a new one with all data of the old environment moved to the new one (went from small to medium deployment). Anyone a clue?
