Is it possible to customze Video upload form to add additional fields? What's the Media Gallary widget file (ear/war) name? I wan to add an additional filed so user can also submit a caption file for a video, but don't know if it can be done through customizing the existing Video upload form in the media gallary. Please let me know. Thanks!
