1) Find the lc.profiles.web.app-3.0.jar file usually in: C:\IBM\WebSphere\AppServer\profiles\AppSrv01\installedApps\nodeName\Profiles.ear\lc.profiles.app.war\WEB-INF\lib
2) Extract the files to a temp directory
3) Find the file called ui.properties and rename it to com.ibm.lconn.profiles.strings.ui.properties
4) Copy the file to: C:\IBM\LotusConnections\data\shared\customization\strings
