I am the owner of a community and have been adding members without a problem. But some of them - even though added Lotus Notes ID is correct - can not access the community. Their member profile seems to be blank too (without their BluePages picture), as if their BP profile could not be connected. However no error message occurs.
I tried to not add, but invite them - they can not accept that either.
