Every morning and every night we get the following error in the log files for infracluster_server1:

If a user tries to connect to the system they get a Application Unavailable if they try to access the homepage at this time the error occurs. Accessing the other applications in Connections works fine so it is just an error with the homepage.
What could cause the error to occur at this time every day?
And why would it only stop the homepage from working?
