We are running IBM Docs version 1.0 20120513-0500. I don't know what version of IBM Files we are using. I don't know what platform either.
My team has a shared spreadsheet in IBM Docs.
My colleague is trying to save his changes, but is getting this error:
"IBM Docs service is not available. Your request cannot be processed at this time. Try again later or contact your system administrator."
He tried multiple times: same error every time. Other people have been able to save the same spreadsheet, both as Draft and as a new Version.
Don't know if this is related, but when we try to edit it, sometimes we get this error (I created a separate topic about this):
