The Rich Content application (widget) which can be added to a user's Community is dependent on the Wikis application.

Its not yet clear what those dependencies are but the widget does not seem to function properly if the Wikis application does not exist, has been removed, or has been disabled.

During testing for a PMR, the Wikis application was disabled using the following steps from our Infocenter:

http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSYGQH_5.5.0/admin/admin/t_admin_common_turning_off.html

Once completed the Rich Content widget is still able to be added to a host Community, however, the "Edit" action no longer functions.

In viewing the process in Firebug console we are receiving the following error:

"TypeError: cre$.iRuntime.getWidgetById(...) is null"

Does anyone know the dependency that the Rich Content widget has to the Wikis application?
