Is there a way the Community owners can capture the dialogue conducted using the 'Mail Community' option?
Say a member of the community sends out an urgent query by mailing the community. There should be a way for administrators to see the responses to such a query. They can then capture and archive it to prevent redundancies and making communication efficient.
Is there anything that would automatically include a couple of email addresses in the cc field of the mail response?
