Error Filter [UserInfoFilter]: filter is unavailable - LC Homepage

 Hello,
i have installed LC 2.0.1 with WebSphere 6.1.0.13 and DB2 Enterprise Server 9.1 on a PC with WINXP.  All Components on the WebSphere Server are loaded. The DB2 Databases exists and user have acess rights. But when i try to connect to the Homepage i get the following error message:

My Questions are now:
1. What UserInfoFilter is this and where can i find it?
2. Which User have to log on at this time? User from the OS., user from the WebSphere or user from DB2?
