Re: IBM Connections 4.5: How to Deploy a Two Node Cluster of IBM Connections V4.5 on a RedHat (RHEL) Server V6.4 (x86-64bit)

I second the comments around CCM and Cognos, and also the requirement to add the upgrade to cr2/cr3.

By far the most complex part of this product is the CCM and Cognos Elements, and the application of patches makes it much harder...

I think it's essential, given that most Connections installers will come from a WAS/Lotus background, that a simple step by step guide to the CCM/Cognos patc patching process bee included.

While this guide is useful, here's some feedback: There's typo's in this doco so be warned. It also misses some steps and is not that clear if you, like me, are not a 5/5 skill level with Linux. It assumes a high level of Linux knowledge. It's also out of date with regard to the current release of IC45 CR2. It would also be useful to have a CCM and Metrics section. Reference to using TDI to import users would be very useful.

Having this guide in the "Zero to Hero" format (which all use Windows) would be fabulous as they are much more idiot proof: strange, given IBM's billion $ commitment to Linux.
