Re: Modify shared directory location in IBM Connections

Also for IBM Fileviewer/IBM Docs check the following files.

IBMDocs-config\conversion-config.json

"shared_storage" {

server

"docs": {

server

IBMDocs-config\viewer-config.json

"files_path":

Verify if you need to re-run the CMDKEY command for the new file server.

For the Connections BUS config change the location of the messageStores.

Check the location in the sib-engines.xml files on the DMGR.

Update configuration properties files for IBM Connections

LC_install_dir\cfg.py

For IBM FileViewer / IBM Docs change the configured server for the DOCS_SHARE and VIEWER_SHARE mount points.

On Windows server this link will most likely exist in a batch file launched during the startup of the server.

Installation Manager

Hi,

with Connections 5 (and all CR installed through IM) you should add %programdata%\InstallationManager\installed.xml and installRegistry.xml to the files which should be checked for the path.
