No abstract provided.
You can enable Lotus Sametime awareness on Lotus Connections so that a user's Sametime status appears on their profile within Connections. To enable Lotus Sametime awareness, follow these steps:
  1. Open profiles-config.xml, located at:

    /opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/Dmgr01/config/cells/dmgrCell01/LotusConnections-config
  2. At the end of this file, there is a element. Set this flag to true as follows:

  3. Save this file.
  4. Fully synchronize all nodes and restart the Profiles feature. For instructions, see the Lotus Connections Information Center at:

    http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/ltscnnct/v2r0/topic/com.ibm.connections.25.help/t_admin_common_add_st_awareness.html
Note that Lotus Sametime status appears for a user only if they are logged into Lotus Sametime on the same machine where they are logged into Lotus Connections.
