The system is now ready to be started.
Note that there is no need to perform any federation steps prior to installing Lotus Connections. The federation of the primary node is completed by the installation wizard. Before beginning this section, ensure that all preinstallation tasks are completed. In particular, verify that security is enabled on the deployment manager and that the JVM size on the deployment manager is set to a minimum value of 512 for the federation process as discussed in
S2: Preinstallation tasks

To start Lotus Connections, log in to the WebSphere
®
Application Server DM Integrated Solutions Console. To do so, select
System administration > Nodes
. Next, select the check box for the node name and click
Full Resynchronize
. Then select
Servers > Clusters
, select the check box for each cluster name, and then click
Start
.
