Image:Meet the authors Mike Ebbers is an ITSO Project Leader and a Consulting IT Specialist. Mike has been a Project Leader in ITSO for 14 years, managing projects and publishing IBM Redbooks publications on topics for Lotus Domino and IBM mainframes. He has been with IBM for 35 years, including in the field (11 years) and as an instructor (10 years).
Amit Kumar is Software Engineer in Lotus Lab Services.
Joined IBM in 2007 after completing graduation in Computer Science.
Amit has in depth knowledge in Social computing, Collaboration, KM.
Amit's areas of intrest are social software, autonomic computing, Semantic Web, Business Intelligence.
Chirag Barhate is Software Engineer in Lotus Lab Services.
Chirag has completed his graduation in Computer Science and has been working with Atlas for Lotus Connection since last year.Chirag has in depth knowledge of social networking, SNA, Social Software, and Collaboration. He also has hands on experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment Clusters management and IBM Tivoli monitoring and production deployment for Atlas.

Dean Jesson is an IT Specialist on the Software Services for Lotus (ISSL) team in Germany. He has been developing software for 12 years, and his current focus is application development for IBM WebSphere Portal.
Jamie O'Leary Jamie J O'Leary is a software engineer on the Lotus Connections project working from IBM Technology Campus in Dublin, Ireland. He has been working for 1 year as a software engineer and has been at IBM for 3 years. Currentl,y he is developing the next versions of Lotus Connections Homepage and Search.
Jun Liu is a software engineer from ISSL Emerging Services and Enablement team at the China Development Lab. He has the opportunity to experience different Lotus products and projects during daily work, including Lotus Forms, Composite Application, Lotus Mashups, and Lotus Connections. Currently, he is leading the development team of Atlas for Lotus Connections.
Marc Smith is currently a Lotus Technical Sales Specialist located Chicago, Illinois. He has IBM WebSphere Technical Sales Experience and Lotus Technical Sales Experience with product focus areas on Quickr and Connections. He has been with IBM since 2005.
Sal Mazzotta is a Senior IT Architect who works in L otus Business Partner Technical Enablement with a focus on Lotus C onnections. Prior to his focus on Connections, he worked with Lotus Component Designer.

Before coming to BPTE, Sal worked for 8 years in ISSL, IBM Software Services for Lotus, where he was technical team for a number of projects, including the original PassportAdvantage Web site, biToolSuite, and the original PartnerWorld Web site, PartnerInfo.

In this job role, he participated in various Lotus and IBM WebSphere Portal projects.
