To retrieve complete information about a forum topic, use the edit link found in the forum topic entry in the forum topics feed.

You can use this operation to obtain forum topic information that you want to preserve prior to performing an update. See Updating community forum topics for more information. This method returns the Atom entry of a single forum topic entry as opposed to a feed of all the forum topic entries. If you want to retrieve a feed, see Searching communities.
