Using the Atom Publishing Protocol, also known as AtomPub, you can get or update events in a community.
Creating community events
To create a community events, send an Atom entry document containing the new event entry to the Community Events widget's Event Entries resource.
Retrieving community events
Get a list of community events, from a given community, or by event creator.

Retrieving event instances that belong to a given event
Get a list of event instances, that belong to a given event (series).

Retrieving event instances from a given community
Retrieving event instances from a given community, belonging to a given period.

Updating a community event
To update a community event (whole series), send a replacement community event content entry document in Atom format to the existing community event's edit web address.
