Using the Atom Publishing Protocol, also known as AtomPub, you can delete or take action on a comment that has been flagged as inappropriate.
Getting a list of flagged comments
Get a feed that lists the comments that have been flagged as inappropriate and are awaiting action by the moderator.

Acting on a flagged comment
To programmatically take action on a comment that has been flagged as inappropriate, send an Atom entry document that defines the action you want to take to the moderation action feed.

Deleting flagged comments
To delete a comment that has been flagged as inappropriate, use the HTTP DELETE method.
